Dockware is a mobile dimensioning solution that integrates with MyCarrier to capture accurate pallet dimensions at the dock – then automatically syncs that data into the shipment workflow.
Shippers can currently capture images and store in Dockware, but the ability to sync photos with MyCarrier is not yet available (coming soon)
Digitize your freight, starting at the dock. Dockware replaces manual measuring (and expensive dimensioners) with a fast, affordable, and accurate workflow that feeds directly into MyCarrier.
Quickly capture dimensions, weight, photos, and more with Dockware — right where the product sits. No fixed station needed. Get fast and accurate pallet sizing on the go that integrates right into your MyCarrier workflow.
One mobile scan replaces manual measuring, reduces surprise charges, and gives every shipment built-in documentation for confidence and cost control.

Dimensional measurements are NTEP-certified legal-for-trade, meeting federal standards for billing and freight classification disputes, with a certified tolerance of ±2 inches for handling units (on each side) staged at least 2 inches apart. Dockware performs well within that threshold today, with accuracy continuously improving.
Dockware Scan is certified under the National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) as a Multiple Dimension Measuring Device and complies with applicable requirements of Handbook 44 for commercial use.
