What skills and experience brought you to the position/makes you a good fit for the position?

I had taken many accounting classes on my journey to receiving a Bachelors Degree in Finance from ASU in December 2019, which got me looking at accounting positions. MyCarrier really appealed to me because it was a startup company, founded by ASU Graduates. Through college I managed a BBQ Restaurant and assisted with opening a new location, where I established policies and procedures, which gave me a firsthand look at start up culture. This experience in addition to my education background, makes me a good fit for the role and the company.

What do you think makes MyCarrier stand out in the LTL shipping industry?

MyCarrier Stands out from other offerings in the LTL industry. Because our platform offers increased visibility to shippers as well as carriers, we are digitizing and optimizing LTL Freight.

How would you describe the solutions and benefits that MyCarrier offers?

We are like Expedia for LTL Freight. You can Quote, Compare, and Book shipments all in one consolidated, free platform.

What do you enjoy most about being with MyCarrier?

I truly enjoy the people that I work with, the culture and knowing that my work is meaningful and has a significant impact on the company.

What are some of your interests and hobbies?

On the weekends, I love spending time with my family, preparing food (smoked brisket and pulled pork are my favorite), and being in the great outdoors. When I’m not exploring off-road trails, you’ll find me hanging out on the couch playing Call of Duty: Cold War on the PlayStation 4.
